Perfect Fit, or We Make It Right
Every pickguard we make is cut from precision templates and checked before it ships. Our promise is simple: it's a perfect fit and you're happy, or you may request a redo or a refund upon return.
The Perfect Fit Guarantee
Each custom pickguard is made to order for your exact guitar model. We verify screw hole spacing, edge contours, and pickup cutouts against the correct factory pattern before your order leaves the shop. If your pickguard doesn't line up perfectly with your guitar, that's on us — not you.
Requesting a Redo or Refund
If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at our contact page or email monte@nocwizard.com. Tell us what happened and include a photo of the pickguard on your guitar if you can — it helps us fix the issue fast.
- Redo: we'll remake your pickguard to correct the fit or finish and ship the replacement at no charge to you.
- Refund: if you'd rather have your money back, return the pickguard and we'll refund your full purchase price once it arrives back to us.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us first so we know your redo or refund is coming.
- Pack the pickguard securely in a padded envelope or box.
- Ship it to the return address we send you after you contact us. Keep your tracking number.
- Redos ship within our normal build time (usually a few business days); refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item arriving.
Return shipping is free for orders with a fit or defect problem — we'll provide a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
Custom Artwork Orders
Custom pickguards made with your artwork or photo follow the same perfect-fit guarantee. If the guard itself doesn't fit your guitar or arrives damaged, you get the same redo-or-refund options. Because artwork is printed exactly as you designed it in our configurator, we can't redo or refund a design choice you approved — the on-screen proof you capture when designing is what we print.
Shipping & Order Issues
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us right away and we'll remake and reship it. Standard shipping is a flat $5 within the United States.
